The chiller is charged with water, connected to our facility's cooling tower loop, and operated continuously under simulated plant load conditions for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.

- Compressor electrical amp draw and phase balance.
- Refrigerant suction and discharge pressures.
- Evaporator approach temperatures and water flow rates.
- Vibration levels across the compressor chassis and piping manifolds.
Pressure & Leak Detection
Fluid circuits undergo electronic halogen leak detection alongside high-pressure nitrogen hold tests to guarantee zero refrigerant or water circuit leakage during transit and subsequent field startup.
