When installing a cooling tower, choose a suitable environment. Avoid installing it near water-proof passages or high walls. Choose a rooftop or a well-ventilated area. Also, pay attention to the distance between the tower and the exterior wall. Also, avoid areas with heavy soot and dust to prevent membrane clogging. During installation, ensure the foundation is level and the tower is vertical. Pay attention to the position of the water inlet and outlet pipes and the balance pipe. Before starting up, ensure that the screws are tightened, that there are no impurities inside the tower, that the fan and sprinkler system are operating smoothly, and that the voltage of the power supply and motor are stable.
Ensure that the belt assembly is properly installed.
Open the water supply valve and ensure that the water basin and water pipes are fully filled, but ensure that the water level is at least 25 mm below the full water level.
When starting up, start the water pump first, then the fan. Carefully check the airflow direction and volume, and make any necessary adjustments.
When shutting down, turn off the fan first, then turn off the water pump.
Operational Inspections:
Keep the interior of the water tower clean and regularly check the water quality. After approximately 60 hours of operation, recheck the belt tension to ensure proper operation.
For gearboxes, monitor the oil level and replace the lubricant after 150 hours of operation.
